چکیده
Objective of the study was to share a case high risk pregnancy with premature preterm rupture membranes (PPROM), placenta and vasa praevia plus velamintous cord insertion. PPROM carries increasing rates neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, brain prematurity, electrolyte imbalance. Having previa significant recurrent bleeding increases making threatened by antepartum haemorrhage chance losing baby subsequent morbidities mortalities mother baby. The velamentous insertion is linked decreased foetal growth births. Herein, we present 28 years old that had multiple factors during her in form having miscarriages, stillbirth, early at 20 weeks gestation, praevia, Moreover, despite above factors, which made very risk, expectant management plans, could push reach near maturity deliver safely without complications either or It be theoretically imagined worked as sealed system valve prevented more leakage liquor this case. Besides that, can consider cervical stitch she 14 weeks, role narrowing canal decreasing diameter membrane has ruptured.

Amnioinfusion in preterm premature rupture of membranes (AMIPROM): a randomised controlled trial of amnioinfusion versus expectant management in very early preterm premature rupture of membranes--a pilot study.
BACKGROUND Fetal survival is severely compromised when the amniotic membrane ruptures between 16 and 24 weeks of pregnancy. Reduced amniotic fluid levels are associated with poor lung development, whereas adequate levels lead to better perinatal outcomes. Restoring amniotic fluid by means of ultrasound-guided amnioinfusion (AI) may be of benefit in improving perinatal and long-term outcomes in ...

Background & Aims: Preterm premature rupture of membranes (PPROM) is the leading cause of preterm birth and perinatal mortality and morbidity, and complications. The objective of the present study was to assess the effect of progesterone agents (rectal suppositories and weekly injection of 17- hydroxyprogesterone caproate) on latency period in women with PPROM. Methods: This randomized, double-...
